Teriyaki Pineapple is the choice for me.

Teriyaki Pineapple Ingredients

1⁄ 3 cup Pineapple juice
1⁄ 2 cup Soy Sauce

1⁄ 2 medium onion, minced
1 crushed clove of Garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar, dark

Note: Easy to keep Kosher with this recipe.  Teriyaki seems to be pretty close as it is.

Recipe Teriyaki Pineapple Creation

Combine all ingredients from the recipe into a large container.  Mix well enough so the ingredients except for the onions are blended, then refridgerate with meat 3-5 hours.  If there is not enough marinade to cover the meat completely, you can jiggle the container every few hours, or flip it upside down.Remove your package of marinaded joy, remove from container and bask in how good the above recipe, Teriyaki Pineapple, smells.  In the kictchen, boil your marinade recipe.  Teriyaki and pineapple produce a very pleasaing aroma when boiling.  Now you can use it as a baste or a mop. Be careful, this is a sugary marinade recipe, teriyaki will burn if basted to early during cooking.

Suggestions

Beef

For a variation on this recipe, teriyaki beef is great when you add more brown suger and hot sauce.

Chicken

A good change for a Chicken recipe, teriyaki should be used with orange juice  instead of pineapple.

Shish Kabob

This marinade works great as a shish kabob recipe. Teriyaki vegetables are great paired with beef or chicken kabobs.
